Power is out all over town. Crews have been dispatched to assess damage and begin with repairs when they can do so safely. Please call any damage or downed lines into the police department at 918-387-2403.

Join us tomorrow morning, August 2nd at 10am in the Clyde Brown/Liberty Park for the Grand Opening of the Janice Clark Memorial Storywalk. This is an innovative and interactive way to promote early literacy, physical activity and family time together while enjoying the outdoors.

We wanted to provide another update on our Senior Center Building Project. Everything is looking great and the project is scheduled to be finished by late October. We had our state inspection this week and everything went well. Framing is complete. Electric, HVAC and Plumbing have all been finished and sheetrock should be going up soon. We are very excited about the opportunities this new center will provide to our community and residents.

Crews will be changing out a utility pole on the East side of town. This should only affect the 800 blocks of East Erie and East Detroit. Crews are scheduled to change this out on Friday, August 1st beginning at 8am. We hope to have power restored by Friday afternoon. We do apologize for this inconvenience. We will update as additional information becomes available.

Lone Chimney has notified us that the waterline has been repaired. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Lone Chimney has notified us that they have a large water line break. We are asking customers to conserve as much water as possible. You can expect water pressure to be low. Depending on the length of the repairs and extent of the break, complete water loss is possible.
